    Excellent service, beautiful plaque

    I ordered a 7x9 plaque, reviewed, corrected, and approved the artwork and the plaque arrived a few days earlier than promised. Unfortunately, I didn't notice that the name of the recipient was misspelled until she had received the award and mentioned it. I placed a new order, which unfortunately went through without approval despite my comments and the plaque was sent with the same misspelling. When I noticed this, I emailed Maddie right away. New artwork was ready for approval 12 hours later and the third plaque, correct this time, arrived less than 3 days later. Best of all, Trophy Awards didn't bill me for the second plaque!
