Cancellation Policy

We've helped our customers through all sorts of challenges through the years.  On multiple occasions, we've had two contacts within the same business place duplicate orders for awards - we've seen events cancelled because of natural disasters - well whatever happens...we want to do all we can to stand by your side.   

So, if an order needs to be cancelled, it is super-important that you contact our customer care team as soon as possible. This will empower us to do everything we can to stop an order before production begins.  However, if our team has started the manufacturing process, the order can no longer be cancelled, and the order total remains the customer's responsibility. 

RESTOCKING FEES:

We believe in keeping things simple...so we love things like our "No Hassle Pricing" approach to business.  In the same way - if an order is cancelled, (prior to production) we don't have a restocking fee for any of our standard award offerings.  

NON-STOCK ITEMS:

If we special ordered merchandise outside of our normal product line, these orders cannot be cancelled, and the merchandise total will remain the responsibility of the customer. 

CUSTOM FABRICATED ITEMS:

We love custom jobs!  We enjoy creating event specific and even people specific celebration items.  Because we utilize our fabrication technology and the technology of outside vendors, custom orders cannot be cancelled.  The order total will remain the responsibility of the customer.
