By the way, everyone loved the ICSB Global Small Business Ambassador Award and plaque. Prof. Mario Raffa, a long time Wilford L. White Fellow, and a good friend and colleague from Naples, Italy was particularly intrigued with the lighting and the spinning of the globe. He thought it was great. I think the new Fellows, however, were a little jealous since they only rec'd a plaque.... we may have to design something new for them next year!

So you know………..Trophy Awards was a part of raising $560.00 on Saturday for Fish for the Homeless Bass Tournament. The trophies were awesome George. You should have seen how many boaters, skiers and sea doers stopped by just to look at the display of trophies. We had a sign saying trophies donated by Trophy Awards hanging on the canopy.
Don’t forget next year. You and a team mate have a free entry for the tournament. It is guaranteed to be alot bigger next year.

Your talent in picking the proper items in this matter was only exceeded by your sincere dedication in getting me the right items to work with. Had you not been able to send me the base components the whole project would have turned much less striking. The way it turned out, the Dean is extremely pleased with the outcome. Just a quick note to say how pleased I was with the two plaques I ordered from Trophy Awards MFG, Inc. I ordered the 9x12 Leadership Series. The rosewood was gorgeous. The marble had a rich color and deep grain appearance. One of my colleagues commented, "Those are the most beautiful plaques I've ever seen." I must agree with him.
The night of our recognition ceremony there were about 300 people present. As our president made the presentations there were sounds of "aah" in the audience. Several commented afterwards about how impressed they were with the plaques.
So, thank you Trophy Awards for providing such quality awards.

I wanted to personally thank Debbie, Tom and the entire Trophy Awards staff for their outstanding efforts on Wednesday, December 30th. That afternoon I was frantically trying to organize last minute details for out annual 3v3 soccer tournament to be held January 2nd at Sports of All Sorts in Indianapolis. In the flurry of schedules and rosters, I realized I had forgotten to order trophies for our winners. I immediately called Trophy Awards, who has been our trophy provider for other events, with the assumption that my extremely late and absurd request for four dozen customized, engraved trophies to be shipped from Cincinnati to Indianapolis over New Years would obviously be denied. This request was truly last minute because it was 30 minutes before the last delivery truck was scheduled to depart. On the phone Debbie made it clear that this would not be an easy task and also informed me that the graphic I had emailed her was not the right format and was unusable. She could have easily told me that the order was impossible and I would have accepted it without an argument.
Not only did Debbie and the Trophy Awards staff complete the order and ship it that day, they were able to modify the graphic and make the trophies better than I could have imagined. The trophies arrived the day before our tournament and the kids absolutely loved them. The tournament would have surely been a bust without trophies for the winners.
I want to express my utmost gratitude to the entire Trophy Awards staff who has undoubtedly earned our business for as long as I am involved with Sports of All Sorts. I look forward to working with you in the future and promise to order my trophies at least a week ahead of time from this point forward.

Good day,
I’m writing in regard to a recent order placed with Trophy Awards by the Department of Computer Services at LSUHSC-Shreveport. Last year, I found your company while looking for items to purchase for my son’s flag football team. My experience dealing with Carol was great, so when a work related event came up, I suggested using Trophy Awards because of the wonderful customer service dedication that Carol displayed.
This time around, it seemed as if every stumbling block imaginable prevented us from ordering by the date we intended (none of which are Trophy Awards fault). Through it all, Landon Martin kept in contact and responded to e-mails, questions and issues promptly…making us feel secure in our recent order. Because of our strict deadline, we weren’t able to see the finished product until it we received it. Because the work wasn’t exactly as we expected, Executive Management decided the work was not what we wanted to represent our department and refused to use it, placing Landon in what I thought was an impossible situation. To my surprise, he managed to find a solution to our problem that made up for the merchandise that we weren’t able to use. They were all very happy and have vowed to make sure Trophy Awards is used for next year’s event. In fact, we have passed your information to three other departments within our Medical School/Hospital/Biomedical Research Center—so hopefully you’ll generate some additional business based upon something as simple as making sure the customer is satisfied. Word of mouth often makes the difference between a striving business and a failing businesses and I have been telling many of my professional and personal contacts about both of my experiences with Trophy Awards. is everything and we received wonderful compliments about the product we distributed
I wanted someone to know how much I appreciated Landon’s hard work and dedication. More often than not, people only send letters to complain but I felt as if it is critical that you all know that you have an employee who stands out above the crowd. I was so surprised and felt really bad (albeit in a good way J) when I saw you went the extra mile to replace the complete award, because I felt like I had already caused you enough trouble. To whom it may concern:
I recently ordered your Limited Edition Silver Cup trophy with perpetual option for my fantasy football league. Vickie Hirsch assisted me with my purchase, keeping me informed of the progress of the order and answering all my questions every step of the way. Vickie delivered as promised on everything discussed and was a pleasure to deal with.
When I received the trophy, I noticed it had two small dents on either side of the cup. I emailed Vickie on Monday to let her know of the damage; she called me right away and said she'd have another trophy made and shipped to me right away. I received a new trophy - with no dents!- by Wednesday of the same week and it looks GREAT! Talk about customer service!
So, to Vickie, Drew in the art department, and everyone else at Trophy Awards, I thank you for a great product at a great price. But most of all thank you for treating me like my $98 order was the most important order in the whole company.

We got the samples, today! They are both gorgeous, and we got mixed raves about both…….but we did a democratic vote and the Platinum Diamond series (came out on top! I thought I’d let you know right away that we’ll need sixteen of them. I’ll get back to you with the engraving. I have them sitting on my credenza, and you may end up getting some additional business from passers-by. I’ll leave them on display for the next day or so to see if I can drum up any more business for you, and then get them back to you!

I wanted to let you know that my father-in-law absolutely loves the picture. He called me this weekend to tell me that the hospital where he volunteers has the picture hanging in a display case for all to read and look at.

He wanted me to tell you how nice it is and how happy it has made him.

I received my cup/trophy in the mail yesterday and it is everything I hoped it would be. Everyone in my football league loves the cup and the annual winner will be displaying it proudly for years to come. I wanted to thank you and your people for a job very nicely done; there were lots of memories from the Steele's 28 years of running Cedar Lake Camp with literally thousands of decisions being made for the Lord, both for salvation, and no small number went on to full time service.
