This is a new 12x15 wooden perpetual plaque with a glossy black finish.  This has been designed with recessed areas to hold the 15 perpetual plates. 

You can modify the plate color without adjusting the cost, but we think this plaque looks best with a black header plate with lasered silver letters.   We recognize that a 15-plate plaque is a little different, but it will work great for those who want to label each column or for those who want their plaque to last more than one year.

A logo and about 15 words of text are included in the price of the plaque.

Unfortunately, until we see how this design is received, it is only available as shown with 15 plates.  If they sell well, we may have other styles created.
